Payment Policy:
Pride Care works with most major commercial insurance carriers, employer group plans, and government programs; such as Medicare and Medicaid.

It is important to know that most insurance carriers, Medicare and Medicaid will only cover medically necessary ambulance transportation.

We encourage you to provide your insurance information to our EMT or Paramedic at the time of service to ensure accurate and timely claims processing.  If you are unable to provide this information, please have your designated guarantor contact our billing office at.

If you do not have insurance, we will provide you with and itemized inovice for services rendered.  Payment is required within 30 days upon receipt.

Pride Care accepts personal checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  If you would like to make a payment online, by phone, or would like to make payment arrangements, please call 269-343-2224 or click here to make an online payment.

Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed and is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, please call us within 30 days so that we can discuss your issue and make it right or issue you the appropriate refund.
